Eco-friendly & sustainable
We take our responsibility to the environment very seriously. By constructing the rooms off-site in a controlled area we are able to reduce waste sent to landfill, increase efficiencies in production and recycle all the waste produced in the factory. We use as many sustainable products as possible; all our timber is FSC and PEFC approved helping minimise our impact on carbon emissions and the environment.
A cost-effective alternative
Our garden rooms are cheaper per square metre when compared to the conventional single-story extension, conservatory or loft conversion. Our garden rooms do not require planning permission as long as they are below 30sqm. We will install your garden room on-site in just five to seven days – making them a convenient and hassle-free addition to your home.
Getting Started
Design consultation
You will be invited to visit our factory and view our show rooms. At our factory we have a design studio, where you can select your finishes and learn more about the Elite Offsite Garden Room building process. By appointment only.
Book an installation date
Secure your installation date with a deposit of £500, which guarantees the date of your choice. Once confirmed and if not already decided, you choose your room size, style and finishes.
Off-site Production
We produce highly engineered pre-fabricated, responsibly sourced, sustainable Garden Rooms using the latest technology to produce a thermally effective high quality product for a fast efficient installation.
Delivery
Your VerdeGO Garden Room will be delivered to you by our own fleet of trucks and installed by our highly trained staff. Delivery is included within 100 miles of our factory at postcode PO12 4WF.
The foundations & installation
The foundations of your garden room are installed using a highly engineered screw pile foundation system that requires no concrete, no digging, produces no spoil, creates no mess and is totally dry. video ↗
Your garden room
Installation of your garden room takes between five to seven days with the main structure being weather tight by the end of the second day. Internal & external finishes will then take a further three to five days to complete.

Payment Schedule
Booking Deposit
A £500 holding deposit secures your installation date, fully changeable and refundable up until six weeks before your installation date.
Building Deposit
We begin production of your building six weeks prior to installation. At that point we request a 50% payment.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due after your building is installed, and you are happy with it.
